Please note that this only applies to physical product orders; all digital download orders are final and once the pattern has been downloaded, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.

Made-to-Order:

  • All of our products are made-to-order, to avoid overproduction and waste, because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, Please note that we will try to fix the damaged garment or provide a replacement piece.

Return Shipping:

  • If you need to return a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
